Designed and executed an end-to-end listing strategy — a listing on NILEX, the Exchange’s SME market (October 2023, oversubscribed 14×), then graduation to the EGX Main Market (May 2024) after an 8× capital increase; institutionalised governance from day one.

Telecommunications & Broadband Infrastructure — Modernizing a Nation’s Networks
Contribution
Directed the national migration from legacy exchange technology to fiber cabinets and high-speed broadband (2007–2011) with the Ministry of Communications; later secured a strategic FTTH partnership with a global telecom equipment leader and executed a national fiber buildout with the national operator.

Smart Cities — Architecting the New Administrative Capital
Contribution
Led design, feasibility modeling, and revenue planning of the New Administrative Capital’s telecommunications and digital-infrastructure network (2016), engaging directly with the Prime Minister’s office and the Ministry of Housing.

Energy & Smart Grid — Powering the Grid with Intelligence
Contribution
Led the national smart-grid and smart-metering program for the Ministry of Electricity and the national electricity holding company (2013–2015); facilitated the strategic manufacturing agreement signed at Sharm El Sheikh in 2013.

Industrialization & Localization — Localizing Strategic Technology
Contribution
Concluded a technology-localization and manufacturing protocol with a national industrial organization; initiated local manufacturing of fiber-network components; secured a licensing alliance with a leading international technology provider to manufacture advanced telecom and AI-infrastructure equipment domestically.

National Finance — Unlocking Sovereign-Scale Financing
Contribution
Signed a cooperation agreement under the Government Future Financing Program 2030 — a USD 800M program structured to fund national infrastructure without sovereign-debt obligations.

Higher Education & Human Capital — Building a Digital-Talent Ecosystem
Contribution
Founded and led the national ICT Talent Bank as Managing Director (2018–2021); partnered with policymakers and universities to embed ICT curricula in higher education. Launched in 2019, the programme has since trained close to 60,000 young people across more than 160 Huawei ICT Academies, and is delivered through a programme that collaborates with UNESCO’s Global Skills Academy.

Selected as one of fifteen experts globally (2013) to help redesign a worldwide operating system, policies and procedures with a leading global consulting firm; now pioneering AI-era organizational development through EDGE Advisory and the EDGE AI Boardroom Forum.
